Icon is a UK charity and membership organisation which brings together those with a passion for the care of cultural heritage. We champion the value and practice of cultural heritage conservation.

The Policy Advisor will help to deliver transformational change in Icon’s approach to policy work and related advocacy activities. An early impact will be that Icon has better evidence on which to base policy activities and a corresponding increase in its capacity to engage with ‘live’ policy issues. The longer-term impact will be for Icon to achieve a step-change in awareness of the importance of conservation of cultural heritage and of Icon’s leadership role in this field.

This post is made possible by generous funding from The Clothworkers’ Foundation.
