Icon is looking for a new Chair and Trustees to join its Board in 2020 to help deliver its current strategy and develop its future direction.

Elected Trustees of the Institute of Conservation

Every year we have new trustees joining the board after the AGM but this year there are a number of big changes.  Siobhan Stevenson is completing her term as Chair, Caroline Peach will be completing 6 years as a trustee and recently as Vice-Chair and Iain Boyd will be leaving after 6 years as Chair of the Finance and Nominations Committees. We are very grateful to them and they will leave a big gap which we are working hard to fill. In addition, several trustees are completing their first 3 year terms. Some of them will stand again but we will also be looking for new candidates for election – notably for the reserved seat for Northern Ireland which has been vacant for several years.

Please consider standing for election yourself or propose a colleague to do so. Candidates must be accredited, associate or student members of Icon and be supported by a proposer and seconder. For more details:
