All Pathway members can benefit from the support of a dedicated Icon Mentor to aid their professional development and progression toward Icon Accreditation.
Icon Mentors, who are all Accredited members of Icon (ACR), provide ongoing guidance throughout the Accreditation application and assessment process. In addition to this, they offer broader professional support, tailored to the individual development needs of each Pathway member. With over 80 trained Icon Mentors available, members are carefully matched with someone whose experience aligns closely with their area of practice and professional goals.
