Our Annual Mentor Review meeting is an opportunity to ensure that all Icon mentors are fully supported and able to undertake their roles effectively, enabling them to continue providing outstanding support for our candidates working towards Icon Accreditation.
This session will be led by our Skills and Accreditation Manager, Heather Doyle.
During this session, we will cover:
- An update on the numbers coming forward for accreditation.
- The latest changes to policies and procedures that impact Icon Accreditation.
- Updates on any changes to the Application and Assessment process, including the use of the ePortfolio system, OneFile.
- An opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have, discuss concerns, and explore areas for improvement.
- Practical questions around your role and any additional support you may need.
All mentors are encouraged to join this session, although we appreciate how busy many of you are – we will share the recording and notes following the session.
