This workshop will provide you with the training necessary to undertake your role as Specialist Advisors. We will cover the following:

- Roles and Responsibilities of all stakeholders in the Icon assessment process.
- The process for receiving/accepting an assessment request.
- What to look for when assessing – using our assessment criteria
- Using the Onefile Electronic Portfolio
- The Assessment Discussion
- Icon Assessment Policies
