The Icon Annual Lecture is taking place in London on 5th December 2019 alongside Icon's AGM. This is the inaugural event and will be focusing on the topic of Intangible Cultural Heritage.
Through two interlinked talks, the Icon Annual Lecture will explore the notion of Intangible Cultural Heritage, what it is, its importance and the challenges this poses for the conservation profession. The lecture is being delivered by Clara Arokiasamy OBE, President of ICOMOS-UK and Chair of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Committee, alongside Icon member Louise Lawson, Conservation Manager for Time-based Media at Tate.
Icon members are encouraged to join Icon's AGM which is taking place before the lecture at 5pm.
