This is the 2nd of 2 mentor training workshops for ACRs interested in becoming Pathway Mentors. This session will look at the aims of Pathway mentoring, the scope of the role and provide tips of developing a productive mentoring relationship with your mentee.
This will be an online session with small group discussion lots of opportunities to ask questions.
Please ensure that you attend Session 1 in addition to this event. We request that all new mentors attend Sessions 1 and 2 of this training series. Sessions are running in July, August and September 2024.
