Join the Private Practice Group for its first in-person networking event, taking place on Thursday 24th October at Burghley House in Stamford.
The day will begin with tea and coffees, featuring a short introduction by the Private Practice Group, where the group will discuss its aims for the next few years and open the floor up to members to contribute and suggest ideas.
You will get the opportunity to visit the workshops of furniture conservator Anthony Beech ACR and textile conservation studio The Landi Company, which both have premises in the idyllic courtyards at Burghley House.
Followed by a visit to Burghley House, a stunning example of Elizabethan architecture which houses a vast collection of painting, furniture, textiles, ceramics and much more. The tour ends at the Orangery, where lunch can be purchased.
The day will conclude with a visit to the local pub The Bull and Swan, allowing members to networking informally.
