Conservation students have been forced to rapidly adapt to learning in an ever-changing environment. Given this, we know that some students and recent graduates have expressed concerns as to how they will be perceived as they enter the job market. Through this event we hope discuss these concerns and to put minds at ease through sharing the findings from the recent survey of employers. We will explore both the practical and transferable skills which employers demand, and how emerging professionals can continue to be resilient and adaptable as they make their first steps in their careers in conservation.
This event is for current students and recent graduates of conservation training programmes.
