Event description:

This course is aimed more at those who manage and conserve taxidermy collections. This course comprises a three day mainly practical course, repairing the ravages of pest and time on taxidermy specimens, dressing dry areas of skin, beak and horn; re-feathering birds, using and painting glass eyes, and how to use finer Japanese tissues in this context and practicing needle felting to restore areas of missing fur.
