This March Soane's country house, Pitzhanger Manor, will reopen to the public. As part of an extensive restoration of the building the lost Chinese wallpaper of the Upper Drawing Room has been recreated, this evening will explore the wider aims of the project, the research and comissioning for the wallpaper and a detailed account of how this magnificent wallpaper was created.
