Historic Interiors Group A visit to a hidden architectural gem, the Astor House
Two Temple Place (known as the Astor House), the London office of William Waldorf Astor, the wealthy English American hotelier,
publisher and philanthropist, is an extraordinary late 19th century building. Its architectural style combines an impressive neo Tudor façade with a lively Gothic Revival interior.
This is a great opportunity to join a guided tour exploring one of London’s hidden gems, designed by the architect, John Loughborough Pearson, with decorative elements by Nathaniel Hitch, William S Firth and Sir George Frampton and stained glass by Clayton and Bell. Prior to the tour, there is an opportunity to meet colleagues and visit the Inner Temple Garden located nearby.
Places are limited, so please book early to avoid missing out!
