To: Monday 10.02.20
Chelmsford City Museum, Oaklands Park, Moulsham Street, Chelmsford CM2 9AQ
This practical and ‘hands on’ one day workshop is designed to be catalyst to improving your wellbeing. Based on the latest thinking and best practice, it will enable you to identify the threats to your wellbeing and encourage you to address them by giving you the tools to do so. The aim is to leave you feeling refreshed and reinvigorated.
This workshop is suitable for everyone working in cultural heritage who wish to focus on their wellbeing, both in body and mind.
It is especially relevant for conservators, technicians, and others undertaking repetitive fine work and working in awkward or static physical positions.
There are no limits on physical ability. Participants will be spending a short time outside (weather permitting), and some time relaxing, either sitting or laying down, depending on which you are most comfortable with.
