Membership Officer

Icon is looking for an enterprising, efficient and enthusiastic Membership Officer to help develop, manage and market Icon’s membership and services to members. This fulfilling role will appeal to an outgoing, people-focussed individual who will welcome the opportunity to be a key member of a small staff team.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and promotion of Icon’s main membership and Conservation Register database and linked website; engaging with members, processing their applications, renewals and enquiries, supporting Icon events and other general administration. 

Icon, the Institute of Conservation, is a registered charity and the lead membership body for the conservation of our cultural heritage. We have a growing membership of 2,500 which embraces a wide range of people, including professional conservators in all disciplines.  We are a dynamic organisation with a clear strategy for growth, a commitment to professional excellence and a strong belief in our organisation’s values. 

The post is based at Icon’s office in central London for four days a week.  Your salary will be £25,000 - £27,000 per annum pro rata. We also offer 6% pension contribution.
