A Few of Our Favourite Things in 2020

At Icon’s AGM on 5 December, Chief Executive Sara Crofts presented just a few of the things we are looking forward to next year and how they relate to Icon’s three strategic aims: Advocacy, Excellence and Engagement.

For Advocacy these include implementing the updated Advocacy Policy Framework, expanding our library of impact case studies, and delivering and using our Historic England-funded Labour Market Intelligence Toolkit.

2020 will be a big year for Excellence with the 20th anniversary of Icon Accreditation and the launch of the redeveloped Conservation Register signalling a busy year of celebrations and fanfare.

Engagement will be supported through a new Pathway membership category streamlining the process to Accreditation and a free content-rich newsletter helping us reach new audiences.

We can't wait to get cracking on these and many other activities in 2020!

Have a look at the slides for more information.
