Call for papers: wet cleaning study day

The Icon Textiles Group is searching for 6-8 interesting case histories for discussion at its wet cleaning study day

The committee members of the Icon Textiles Group are planning a wet cleaning study day and are looking for colleagues who would be prepared to share interesting case histories.

The study day does not have a specific date as yet but is likely to take place in late November or early December at St Fagans, National History Museum (part of Amgueddfa Cymru, National Museum Wales) in Cardiff, Wales.

The Group is aiming for 6-8 papers of approximately 30-45 minutes in length. The day will be informative and allow for plenty of time for discussion after the talks and the option to wind down the day in the Plymouth Arms!

Please send abstracts to Kim Thüsing.

Please feel free to specify preferred days for the study day (i.e. mid-week or a weekend).
