The Icon Journal Award 2016 Winner Announced

We are are pleased to announce that the recipient of The Icon Journal Award 2016 for his contribution to Vol. 39 of the Journal of the Institute of Conservation is Arthur Green

Book and paper conservator Arthur Green's paper, 'A compensation endband: a structural endband for a book with uneven edges', describes a structural endband that was developed for use on MS. Laud Misc. 99; a late-medieval parchment manuscript recently rebound at the University of Oxford’s Bodleian Library.

A prize of £250 has been generously donated by Taylor & Francis.
