The Icon Archaeology Group and the Archaeological Leather Group will be holding a joint session on archaeological leather
The Icon Archaeology Group and the Archaeological Leather Group will be holding a joint session on archaeological leather on Tuesday 27 June at the Museum of London Archaeological Archive in Hackney.
Please consider offering a paper on curatorial or conservation aspects of archaeological leather. It has been some time since this topic was covered in an event – we are interested in your research, treatments or projects, large or small!
The seminar will be in-person and online, our first large in-person event since February 2020. Although hybrid, it would be best if all speakers could present in-person. Registration fee and lunch will be covered for speakers, and some travel expenses can be covered.
We will also be holding the Icon Archaeology Group AGM and look forward to seeing you all again!
The papers are expected to be twenty minutes each; abstracts of 250 words to be submitted by Friday 28 April to: [email protected]
