Icon Emerging Professionals Network is now inviting individuals to submit a poster to be printed and displayed at the EPG 2025 Conference.
A Poster presentation allows you to present an overview of your work to Icon EPG Conference delegates in a relaxed and informal setting, while also providing an opportunity to network. Icon EPG will provide guidance to assist you developing your poster if your poster abstract is selected. Submissions should provide a short summary of the content.
Submission Topics
The conference will focus on the themes opportunities and collaboration, and we welcome submission topics on but not limited to the following:
- Completed or ongoing conservation projects.
- Trialing new methods of either interventive or preventive conservation practices.
- Cross-disciplinary collaborative conservation.
- Community engagement in conservation.
- Experience from placements and internships.
Posters will be printed and displayed by Icon EPG at the conference. Authors will be provided with a free ticket to the conference. We ask that authors are able to attend the conference in-person to present their poster.
Submitting Your Poster

- Title of Poster
- Description (Max 300 words)
- How does your poster relate to the conference themes (Opportunities and Collaboration)?

The deadline for submissions is Friday 25 April 2025, 11:59PM (GMT)
Successful poster applicants will be informed if they have been selected shortly after this deadline.
